1. CUSTOM ORDERS & APPROVAL

All items are custom-made based on the information you submit. You will receive a digital proof for review and approval before engraving begins. Once approved, the order is final and cannot be changed or canceled. Please review your proof carefully. We are not responsible for errors that were present in your approved design.

2. RETURNS & REFUNDS

We accept returns only if the item:

Does not match the approved proof, or
Arrives damaged or defective

To be eligible for a return:

Contact us within 14 days of delivery
Item must be new and unused
Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility
Exchanges are not accepted
No restocking fees will be charged

Refunds are processed within 3 business days of receiving the returned item.

Production & shipping: within 1–2 business days after proof approval

Delivery time: USPS typically delivers in 3–4 business days

Total turnaround: 5–9 business days from order to delivery

Rush Orders
Proofs sent: within 1 business day

Production & shipping: next business day after proof approval

Delivery method: 2-day express shipping

Total turnaround: 3–4 business days from start to finish

Shipping Cost
Standard shipping: Free within the continental U.S.

Rush shipping: Available at checkout for an additional fee

Tracking
Tracking information is emailed as soon as your order ships.
